The Glammy Leadership Scholarships

GlamourGals awards four Glammy Scholarship Awards to outstanding leaders in their senior year of high school for college for their tremendous commitment, creativity, and enthusiasm while running their GG chapter.

Qualifications:

• Open to high school seniors who are:

• Chapter Leaders (e.g., President, Vice President, Public Relations Officer, Treasurer)

• Earned the Intergenerational Service Award between July 1, 2024 and April 22, 2025

• Attending college as a full-time or part-time student for the fall 2025 semester

Scholarship Award: $1,000
Applications Opens: March 22, 2025

Application Prompt:

• Imagine you are accepting the Glammy Scholarship Award next May. You are standing at the podium and you are addressing the crowd about your GG experience. Describe the impact GlamourGals has made on your life and how it made you feel including experiences like expanding your chapter, organizing your chapter, working with your fellow volunteers, and building community with the seniors you meet. Include how you have gone above and beyond your leadership role for GlamourGals. Share a story that illustrates this transformation and how GlamourGals empowers you (for example, about you and a senior, or you and your fellow volunteer, etc). Please be specific and feel free to refer back to your GG journals for inspiration. Please write between 250-350 words.
