Write journals to:

• Share your stories from GG Senior Home visits, chapter meetings, and GG National events

  • Jot down your thoughts after an event to remember meaningful interactions

  • Include any pics you take 📸

• Receive service hours

  • Every journal equals one service hour

• Have a chance to be featured on our blog and social media accounts 
  

When journaling, please keep these important guidelines in mind:

• Write at least 5 sentences per entry

• Reflect about your GG experience and/or respond to the prompts provided

  • Have writer's block? GG National has your back. Check out our journal topics page for some inspo! ✨

• Use your own words - we want to hear your original voice (not AI's 🤖)

As each journal equals one service hour, the GG National team encourages you to be reflective when sharing your special GG moments. Any journals that do not meet the above criteria may be removed at GG National’s discretion. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us - we’re here to help!
